  • Does it cost anything?

    No. Overlays, alerts, the chatbot and SE.Live are free. Tips carry payment-processor fees, nothing on top.

  • Do I need to change my OBS setup or find my stream key?

    No. Overlays are one browser source in your existing scene. SE.Live signs in to YouTube with your account and creates the broadcast for you, so there is no key to copy.

  • Which streaming software works?

    Anything with a browser source: OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop, XSplit. Multistreaming needs OBS Studio with the SE.Live plug-in.

  • What do I need to go live?

    OBS Studio 31 or newer on Windows, or on macOS where SE.Live is in beta. Any webcam and microphone OBS detects will work. SE.Live sends a separate upload to each platform, so two platforms need about twice the upload speed of one.

  • What can I stream to YouTube?

    Horizontal and vertical at the same time. SE.Live gives YouTube two outputs, so a 1080×1920 feed for Shorts runs beside your main stream. YouTube chat sits in an OBS dock.
